20 th National Electron Microscopy Congress

Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the Executive Committee of Turkish Society for Electron Microscopy, I am pleased to invite you to attend “20 th National Electron Microscopy Congress with international participation” (EMK 2011) to be held in Kemer, Antalya, October 25-28, 2011.

As an Executive Committee of Turkish Society for Electron Microscopy, we are proud to organise EMK 2011 which is coinciding with 40th Anniversary Turkish Society for Electron Microscopy. We are really enthusiastic to organize this meeting and appreciate your valuable scientific contribution leading to a very successful congress.

Establishment of an intensive scientific platform in the fields of both Biological and Materials Sciences by the participation of both national and international experienced microscopists as well as the young researchers, will be the major issue of this congress.

During the 20th National Electron Microscopy Congress, we plan to organize “Honorary Conferences” to commemorate and appreciate “the pioneers role in Microscopy in Turkey”, as well as to introduce their achievements as a model to the young microscopists.

“Prof.Dr.Türkan Erbengi Research Award”, as well as the Best Poster and the Best Micrograph Awards will also be presented during the Congress.

Finally, we would like to invite you to our congress to contribute a successful microscopy congress in a very beautiful surrounding of Antalya, Kemer and establish new friendships for further research collaboration.
